Jack Gardner

Jack Gardner is a founder and builder based in San Francisco, currently building Synteric, a humanoid robotics company reinventing the future of physical labor. He is a product-minded leader who has built and scaled products across AI, gaming, streaming, and motorsport simulation.

Previously, Jack was employee number two at 11x, an AI sales automation company. He conceived and took two AI products to market — Alice, an AI SDR that automates outbound sales, and Julian, an AI voice sales representative. He led product and engineering from stealth through Series A led by Benchmark and Series B led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), helping raise over 75 million dollars.

Before 11x, Jack was the de-facto CTO at Track Titan, an AI-powered coaching platform for sim racing games. He scaled the consumer product from hundreds to over 100,000 users with high paid retention. Track Titan was backed by Porsche, Blackstone-backed Superbet, and Axel Springer.

Earlier in his career, Jack spent four years at Amazon on the Prime Video team, where he led engineers on global-scale features and was a founding member of the Prime Video Promotions team. He began his career as a simulation engineer at Williams Racing, the Formula 1 team, where he developed real-time tyre physics simulations for car design and race strategy. The team finished third in the constructors championship during his tenure.

Jack holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Bath. His expertise spans product leadership, growth strategy, AI and machine learning, real-time physics simulation, and full-stack engineering.
