Founder, stealth startup
Jack Gardner is a founder and builder based in San Francisco, currently working on a stealth startup.
He joined 11x as engineer #2 and took two AI products to multi-million ARR: Alice, the AI SDR he helped ship from stealth through Series A; and Julian, the voice AI rep he conceived as a hackathon project and pushed from design partners to market and several million in ARR inside six months, scaling past a million agentic phone calls a month. He led product and engineering through 11x's run from pre-seed to Series B (Benchmark Series A, then a16z Series B; $80M raised) and stood up its forward-deployed engineering function.
Before 11x he was the technical leader at Track Titan (no CTO at the time), backed by Porsche, Blackstone-backed Superbet, and Axel Springer, scaling the consumer racing-coaching product from prototype to over 100k users and through an $18M round (Business Insider, archive).
Before that he spent four years at Amazon as an SDE in Prime Video, learning customer obsession at scale. He started on infrastructure and then joined the Promotions team as a founding member, helping it grow from three to fourteen engineers; there he worked full-stack across 20+ Prime Video microservices, shipping customer-facing features end-to-end.
He started his career at Williams F1 in 2015, writing real-time tire-physics simulation code for the car-design team and the driver-in-the-loop simulator, and trained the team's first custom neural nets for F1, off his own research and a C++ library he wrote from scratch. The team finished third in the constructors' championship during his time there.
